'The Law of Dharma'
Taken from The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success
By Deepak Chopra.

Everyone has a purpose in life.... a unique gift or special talent to give to others.
When we blend this unique talent with service to others,
we experience the ecstacy and exultation of our own spirit,
which is the ultimate goal of all goals.

Taken From Opening Doors Within
By Eileen Caddy.

Recognise that of yourself you are nothing, but with God you can indeed do all things, and you shall behold miracle upon miracle come about in your life.

Excerpt from 'God Calling'
Edited by A J Russell

Do Not Plan.

All is well. Wonderful things are happening. Do not limit God at all. He cares and provides. Uproot self - the channel blocker.
Do not plan ahead, the way will unfold step by step. Leave tomorrow's burden. Christ is the great burden bearer. You cannot bear his load, and He only expects you to carry a little day share.

Taken from Sai Baba of India website

Every concrete manifestation of God is significant. There can be no higher or lower. The story of each one of them is elevating. Each is a complete manifestation. Listening to their stories may make you feel that one manifestation is grander and more sublime than another. It would appear as if you get more inspiration from one Avatar (Divine incarnation) than another. But all are equally Divine and enigmatic. Every manifestation is suited to the time, the task, the circumstance and the need. Its form is in accordance with the purpose.

Reiki Principle...
Just for today, do not worry.

There is always a divine purpose to everything and when we worry we forget this truth. Worrying is a terrible waste of energy. It causes stress and tension. Worrying means that we have lost faith in the divine.
Remember...
Ask and you will be given. Seek and you will find.
If you are worried about something, always remember to hand it over to the universe and say.. take this worry from me and please sort it out for the highest good of all concerned.
Then try to let go of the worry in the knowledge that it will be sorted out.
Remember when your trouble has passed....
Thank the universe for it's help.

Love light & peace to all

Here's my favourite quote of the moment from
White Eagle, The Gentle Brother. White Eagle Publishing Trust

'Remember that the mind is the slayer of the real.
Set aside destructive thought. Throw it out, and attune yourself
to the one keynote of life - love.'

My favourite meditation at the moment is the Sri Sathya Sai Baba
'Jyothi Meditation'.
If you would like to try it,
log onto You Tube UK and type
'Jyothi Meditation'
in the search bar.
It is a wonderful meditation, on the light of a candle.
Enjoy !

Happy New Year Everybody!

Here is a little quote
to get your year off on the right footing...

A boat is meant to go into the water,
but the water must not get into the boat.
In the same way, we are meant to live in the world,
but the world must not get into us.

Sri Sathya Sia Baba

.......................................................................

I would like to share this passage with you from White Eagle,
The Gentle Brother. White Eagle Publishing Trust.

'Every one of you at some time, perhaps all the time, longs for peace.
You think of peace as meaning goodwill towards each other,
Goodwill among the nations, the laying down of arms.
But peace is far more than this;
it can only be understood and realised within your heart.
It lies beneath all the turmoil and noise and clamour of the world,
beneath feeling, beneath thought.
It is found in the deep, deep silence and stillness of the soul.'

Thank you White Eagle
